I recently enjoyed an unforgettable week at this charming old hotel, where my room, adorned with a delightful rattan wardrobe and tall French windows, overlooked picturesque hills and a vibrant mercado below, truly capturing the essence of Mexico. The heavenly bed, with its crisp clean sheets and cozy blankets, provided the perfect sanctuary after a day exploring the lively streets lined with historic churches and eateries; I particularly loved dining at Restaurante El Torito, just a short stroll away. Despite the bustling ambiance outside, my room remained a tranquil haven, proving that comfort and relaxation are priorities here. This hotel not only met but exceeded my high expectations, offering a perfect blend of historical charm and modern conveniences, including an efficient laundry service and easy access to taxis for exploring further afield.
